Instance-wide options have been moved from the user menu to a new toolbar. The
logout button has been moved to the user menu. The whole area uses fewer colors
and is less visually busy.

Resolve "CSV export of student scores has incomplete header if not every student has done every exercise"

The reserved submission count for a tutor is now correctly displayed in
the overview. Also, when closing the tab or the browser and upon login,
the client will free all reserved assignments for the current user

Also UserAccounts can now be added to groups and assignments can be filtered based on groups

This allows the reviewer to track students across different views in the frontend or map an entry in the FeedbackHistory list to a natural person

Tutors and reviewers can now add comments to individual lines of the provided solution. The comments are short polled.
