Whitenoise

This adds whitespace making it possible to serve all static asserts through gunicorn. Has some advantages in production.

Also be aware that many files changed their location and some CI settings have been updated.

The backend part looks good and seems to be working. The login page is however broken for some reason, i'm trying to fix it.

EDIT: Never mind, it was an issue propably caused by adblock/noscript and firefox...
