Tests: Architecture of unit test runners

Description

We currently have two ways to execute tests:

1. within eXide via runner.xq
2. via the RESTAPI (/trigger-tests) which is defined in testtrigger.xqm

This architecture should be thought through–maybe there's a better solution for this.
