feat: setting default text panel tab to Edierter text

**To test **

  • please pull the branch issue/#71-default-Edierter-text-tab local in TIDO and run the app.

  • We can observe the default tab in Text panel to Edierter Text and the annotations are loaded respectively.

  • To test existing features of default tabs please use entry point of ahikar - https://ahikar.sub.uni-goettingen.de/api/textapi/ahikar/arabic-karshuni/collection.json and navigate to the sheet Brit.Mus. cod. Add. 7209

  • Transcription and Transliteration are displayed by default order.

  • If would like to change this order please set Transliteration: 2 inside the tabs config textContent and re-load the app. We can see the Transliteration tab is placed first.
