Draft: implement basic annotation select from text

This MR implements annotation selection from text panel only for HTML elements that have a target as ID. Selection in the "motifs-style" are not supported yet.

  • Click at any grey hightlighted text
  • Corresponding annotation will be marked active in the annotation panel
