Resolve "Create manual job for data update"
This MR adds a manual job for updating
- the main XML file in
assets/xml - the HTML files in
assets/html - and the CSS file in
assets/css
A few necessary refactorings for e.g. changed filenames are also included.
All files have already been updated to test this function.
